Your server located the position of my site wrong –  I see in the search engine a different one! 

First of all, pay attention to the "region" parameter given in our service. If it is different from the region you are located in (or if your searching engine settings are different) the positions of the sites might be different. If you are sure that region is not the trouble, please, check the keyword text for the site in question. You might have made a mistake or a misprint here. Thirdly, analyze your search settings (the number of sites per page etc.), they might be the reason of differences, too. Fourthly, the searching machine can have troubles and misfires giving fake results especially when they update their database (in a moment the results can be totally different). All you have to do is to repeat your search later. Bear in mind that some searching systems can produce different search results with the same keyword. Site positions can shift from one request to another, but as a rule the fluctuation rests within +/- 1-3 positions. If no explanation given above suits your case there must be some terrible mistake! Do not hesitate to contact us by filling in this form. 

I adjusted my report mailing for 10:00. It is 10:05 but I see no letter of yours in my box! 

If your report mailing is set for 10:00 (and you paid for the service) it means that at ten sharp our system starts gathering the data you need. The procedure takes a certain amount of time depending on the number of keywords and search engines (the more of them there is the longer it takes). As a rule we need 10-20 minutes plus some time for letter processing and delivering of the message in question through the vast space of World Wide Web where post servers can delay it. This means you have to wait about 1 hour. If you still fail to find it please browse your spam folder, because antispam-robots are not very careful about your mail. If you still cannot find our letter it is high time to contact our Support team to sort out the hideous case.

After I enter login and password I see a message "Your session is not active" and I cannot get inside! 

Please, clean the cash (temporary files, cookies) of your browser! 

I need a certain function/option badly but you do not have it in your service at all! 

It is highly advisable to contact us immediately and give us as much detail as possible about the function/option you need. It is absolutely possible that soon we will add it to our service.

What is the connection between site positions and the "region" you mention? 

The majority of search engines take into consideration the region of their user location that is why they produce different search results for visitors of different cities/countries. For instance, the same request in USA and Germany will produce different search results with absolutely non-identical site positions. We offer you to chose for your search system the region where your company or the majority of would-be clients is located to get a realistic view of the search results.
